MUKA Nottingham celebrated Christmas 2025 with around 120 members through prayers, a beautiful Nativity, vibrant performances by children and adults, engaging competitions, housie housie, raffle draws, and authentic Mangalorean food—making it a truly joyful and memorable festive evening.

The Mangalorean United Konkani Association (MUKA), Nottingham, celebrated Christmas 2025 with great joy, faith, and community spirit, bringing together around 120 members for a truly memorable evening.
The event was expertly hosted by Jesvita Menezes & Hailey Fernandes, whose confident and engaging anchoring ensured a smooth flow throughout the programme.
The programme commenced with a prayer service, setting a reflective and spiritual tone for the celebration, followed by a warm welcome address. The evening unfolded with a rich variety of performances that showcased talent across all age groups. From Little Champs group dances to Shining Stars, teens, and adult performances in singing and dance, the stage came alive with energy and festive cheer.
There was the amazing performance by the budding dancers – The Little Superstars of MUKA – Evan Dsouza, Adrian Gracian Miranda, Christina Gracia Miranda, Alric Dsouza, Jordan Aranha
This was followed by the energetic and breathtaking performance by the teens- The Shining Stars of MUKA - Calista, Sophia, Daisy, Jaylia, Carita, Livia, Vianca, Aiden and Jovial for the Little Stars dance

The highlight of the evening was the Nativity Play, beautifully presented with the participation of members across generations. This meaningful portrayal of the Christmas story reminded everyone of the true spirit of the season—faith, humility, and togetherness.
